THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT

OVERVIEW
This is an agreement between you and Crypto Investor Course, LLC. (with its affiliates, “Crypto Course” or “we”). Please read these Terms of Service/Use, the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Privacy Notice, the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Conditions of Use, and the other applicable rules, policies, and terms available at the cryptoinvestorcourse.com website, or on or through the Crypto Course Software (collectively, this “Agreement”) before using the Crypto Course Services on a Product. By using the Crypto Course Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use the Crypto Course Services. Your use of any of the Crypto Course Services is subject to any additional rules, policies, and terms that apply to those Crypto Course Services. Any section headings provided herein are for ease of use and have no legal meanings.
For the purpose of these terms:
- “Crypto Course Services” means the provision of Crypto Course Software, Digital Content, and support and other services that we provide Product users through this website or other digital platforms.
- “Crypto Course Software” means all software we make available to you for use on a Product, including this website and any content therein (including courses, course material, and course resources), but excludes third-party Digital Content, even if included in this website.
- “Digital Content” means digitized content (including third-party content), such as videos, music, apps, games, skills, photos, audio, books, newspapers, magazines, and related features and functionality.
- “Product” means any digital device such as computers, mobile phones, and tablets that you personally own and have control over.
CRYPTO COURSE SERVICES, CRYPTO COURSE SOFTWARE
Use of Crypto Course Services. To use certain Crypto Course Services, you must have your own cryptoinvestorcourse.com account or other third-party account (such as that provided by any Crypto Course partners, etc), be logged in to your account, and have a valid payment method associated with your account.
Use of the Crypto Course Software. Except as provided in this section, you may use the Crypto Course Software only on your own Product. For additional terms that apply to the Crypto Course Software or software provided by third parties, see the Additional Crypto Course Software Terms contained in cryptoinvestorcourse.com Conditions of Use or the Terms provided by third parties accessed through Crypto Course Software. Crypto Course Software licensed under an open source license is governed solely by the terms of that open source license.
CONNECTIVITY AND AVAILABILITY
Internet Connectivity. Crypto Course Services, and other services provided by third-parties offered through Crypto Course Services may require an Internet connection from a third-party provider in order to use some features. In such cases, your Internet connection is subject to the fees, restrictions, terms and limitations imposed by your provider.
Availability. Some Crypto Course Services may be unavailable, vary (by product or geography, for example), be offered for a limited time, or require separate subscriptions.
GENERAL
Information Received. The Crypto Course Software may provide us or our third-party providers with information about your Product, use of the Product, and use of Digital Content, other content, and the Crypto Course Services (such as search queries, installed applications, viewing and usage data, available memory, log files, network diagnostics, voice information, and connectivity). Manufacturers of your Product may also provide us with similar information. Information provided to Crypto Course may be processed in the cloud to improve your experience and our services, and may be stored on servers outside the country in which you live. We will handle any information we receive in accordance with cryptoinvestorcourse.com Privacy Notice.
Information Provided To Others. You are responsible for any information you provide to others, including third-party Digital Content providers. Use of information you provide to these third parties will be subject to any privacy notice or other terms that they may provide to you.
Changes to Crypto Course Services; Amendments. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Crypto Course Services, or any part of them, at any time without notice. We may amend any of this Agreement’s terms at our sole discretion by posting the revised terms on cryptoinvestorcourse.com website. Your continued use of Crypto Course Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
Termination. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In case of such termination, Crypto Course may immediately revoke your access to the Crypto Course Services, including those offered by third parties through Crypto Course Services. Crypto Course’s failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
Disputes/Governing Law/Venue. Our company is a "remote-first" organization without a physical location. We engage the services of professionals for the purposes of business administration or legal compliance. As our legal representation is in a different location than our business management company, the formation, construction, performance and enforcement of this Agreement, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and all other terms for the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Conditions of Use and other such Agreements entered into by using Crypto Course Services, this website, or by your signature (either physically or digitally) shall be in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Oklahoma without regard to its conflict of law provisions or the conflict of law provisions of any other jurisdiction. We will not, under any circumstances, engage in court action anywhere else. In the event of any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement, Crypto Course Software, Crypto Course Services, or any other Agreement you enter into with Crypto Course, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by negotiation between yourself and Crypto Course. In the event the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, either party may file an action specifically in a competent court in Cleveland County, Oklahoma. You hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses available to you, and further consent to service of process by mail. If you do not agree to these terms, you must NOT USE THIS SITE or any of our offerings.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability. Products are developed and manufactured by third parties, and we have no responsibility or liability for any aspect of Products except the Crypto Course Services. Without limiting the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability terms in cryptoinvestorcourse.com Conditions of Use, unless otherwise required by applicable law, in no event will our or our licensors’ aggregate liability with respect to any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Crypto Course Services exceed one dollar ($1.00).
Accuracy of Information. You hereby certify that all of the details you provide to Crypto Course in your account, on applications, and in training documentation are true and correct to the best of your knowledge. You agree and understand that if any of the statements you provide are later to be found false, that your Crypto Course account may be cancelled, and you may be removed from any Crypto Course training program without being refunded your deposit or any fees paid to Crypto Course.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other cryptoinvestorcourse.com Services, such as our Message Center, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. LICENSE AND ACCESS
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, cryptoinvestorcourse.com or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Services. YOUR ACCOUNT
You may need your own cryptoinvestorcourse.com account to use certain cryptoinvestorcourse.com Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. Click here to manage your payment options. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. cryptoinvestorcourse.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from cryptoinvestorcourse.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
Crypto Course does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center using a Return Authorization Number (RAN), and only after we’ve provided you with a written receipt. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return or under limited terms for digital products. In this situation, cryptoinvestorcourse.com does not take title to the refunded item. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Crypto Course attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, cryptoinvestorcourse.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any cryptoinvestorcourse.com Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by cryptoinvestorcourse.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICING
“Price” means the suggested retail price of a product or service as provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. “Your Cost” means the actual cost you will be required to pay for a product or service as provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. We regularly check Prices against other retailers and providers. With respect to items sold by cryptoinvestorcourse.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by cryptoinvestorcourse.com is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. DISPUTES, APPLICABLE LAW, AND FORUM
The formation, construction, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Oklahoma without regard to its conflict of law provisions or the conflict of law provisions of any other jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute arising out of this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by negotiation between the parties. If they are unable to resolve the dispute, either party may file an action specifically in a competent court in Cleveland County, Oklahoma. You hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses available to you, and further consent to service of process by mail.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our pricing policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your use of cryptoinvestorcourse.com Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
ADDITIONAL CRYPTO COURSE SOFTWARE TERMS
The following terms (“Software Terms”) apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software) and any related documentation we make available to you in connection with cryptoinvestorcourse.com Services (the “cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software”).
Use of the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software. You may use cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Services as provided by cryptoinvestorcourse.com, and as permitted by these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software into other programs or compile any portion of it in combination with other programs, or otherwise copy (except to exercise rights granted in this section), modify, create derivative works of, distribute, assign any rights to, or license the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software in whole or in part. All software used in any cryptoinvestorcourse.com Service is the property of cryptoinvestorcourse.com or its software suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Use of Third Party Services. When you use the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile software provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.
No Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security associated with the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software, whether in whole or in part.
Updates. We may offer automatic or manual updates to the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software at any time and without notice to you.
Government End Users. If you are a U.S. Government end user, we are licensing the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software to you as a “Commercial Item” as that term is defined in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (see 48 C.F.R. § 2.101), and the rights we grant you to the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software are the same as the rights we grant to all others under these Conditions of Use.
Conflicts. In the event of any conflict between these Conditions of Use and any other cryptoinvestorcourse.com or third-party terms applicable to any portion of cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software, such as open-source license terms, such other terms will control as to that portion of the cryptoinvestorcourse.com Software and to the extent of the conflict.
Modification. We reserve the right to modify this or other agreements in part or whole, as we deem necessary, without notice to you.

Postal Mail or Carrier Deliveries
As noted in other locations in this Agreement, Crypto Course and its parent company is a "remote-first" organization with no physical address or corporate headquarters. After the work-remotely experiment that is COVID-19, we made the administrative decision to eliminate any and all barriers that reduce individual and corporate freedom, or limit us to a singular location. Accordingly, all of our company administration, server and software systems, and legal services are provided by third parties all of whom may be at different addresses dependent upon the need or services provided to Crypto Course. In the rare instances that you may need to send a letter or package by US Postal Service, you may do so at the following address:
