Refund Policy
Our goal is to help you develop the knowledge and skills required to become a better investor, while ensuring that we behave fairly to our students and provide excellent customer service. Before enrolling, please fully read our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Pre-Release
We will not refund any pre-release purchases once the course goes public. If you change your mind before the course releases, you can request a refund using the details provided herein. If you enroll during a sale or for free, you will not be entitled to a refund.
After Public Release
Our goal is to ensure you benefit from the Crypto Investor Course, so you may review it for up to thirty (30) days from the date of your enrollment. If at any time during that period you're unsatisfied with the course, you may request a full refund using the internal customer service system in your account. If the thirty (3) day period has passed, you will no longer be entitled to a refund.
No Download Policy
Because this course is a digital product, if you download any of the course material, videos, or any other digital course resource whatsoever you will forfeit your right for a refund entirely and any request (even during the thirty (30) day refund period) will be denied. This policy is strictly enforced, and all student account activity on the server is fully tracked to reduce the risk of fraud.
Additional Restrictions
Only regular priced items may be refunded. We will not issue a refund for gift cards or downloadable products.
How to Request a Refund
To complete your return, you must contact us using the internal customer service system. DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL to us under any circumstances to request a refund, as it will not be properly logged and will NOT BE PROCESSED.
Once your refund request is received, you will get an automatic confirmation that it is being processed. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check the method of payment again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. The time it takes for refunds to be applied is controlled by a third party, which we have no control over. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our contact form.
Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days from purchase. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (such as a different size or if an item is defective), use the internal customer service system to initiate your return. If your request is approved, we will issue you an RAN (Return Authorization Number) and directions on how to proceed. Never send an item back without an RAN under any circumstance. We will not be responsible for any returns until the item arrives safely and can be properly logged into our Return System.
